I regularly get the message I mentioned in the subject line through a small window. I have a Macbook Air and I have Norton Life Lock with VPN. Operating System : MAC OS Catalina.

When I just looked up the IP address noted, it says it is an invalid IP address. Can you check for connected devices from your router's settings pages? Maybe some security cameras or smart speakers trying to access your system.
I can't really click on Details. All I have at my disposal is a scroll down menu with various options (i.e. Always block connection for this user; Always ask me before allowing connection; ... things like that. I don't remember everything as these pop up windows last only a couple of seconds and then disappear. Appreciate your input.
What are you told when you click on Details?
