I have made many attempts to renew. I live in Korea and when I try to renew, the webpage comes up in Korean. I use Google Translate, but it asks me questions about my Korean address. I have an APO address that I used, but when I try to input my credit card info, it asks me about the card issuer, which only gives me options to input korean bank info. I have an American APO address and American bank info, but it is not supported. How does Norton provide support for overseas military personnel? Do you not cater to that large demographic?
Go to your nearest PX/BX and buy NIS2012 for $45 (can't remember the exact price). Add the new key to your existing installation. This method with be the least expensive.
