You haven't told us why you need to repair Norton - what is the problem you are experiencing? Maybe we can help.
However, if you are going to uninstall Norton please be sure to run the Norton Removal Tool before installing your replacement.

I'd suggest you check a bit for reviews and reports on it ...

Neil Rubenking is highly respected and gives it 2.5 stars compared with 4.5 (out of 5) for Norton Internet Security.
Personally I would stay with Norton and choose Norton Internet Security rather than N 360.
Without knowing what is wrong, it is hard to help.
Try clicking on Support - Get Support to run Autofix to check your Norton installation and fix what it finds.

Just remember: 100% of protection/security is a myth created by PR departments of AV industry.

Something else to think about is that the $100 lifetime fee for Vipre is for 1 PC.
You can buy Norton for 1 year for 3 PCs for under $30 from legitimate online sources so that's $10 a year per PC so it would take 8 to10 years to cost as much as your Vipre "lifetime" fee depending on which Vipre version you get!
And whose lifetime is always a problem with lifetime warranties or services ......

+1. It took me a while to face that fact. Now I run MBAM as a 2nd-opinion tool and I also maintain a complete spare cloned HDD on the shelf in the event of intrusions that aren't easily removed or cleaned.

Good point. I've always bought 3-license AV's for the reason you mentioned. It works good for me.

I'm sure you know this but just to stress it since we get some users who are caught out by not knowing this: you cannot daisy chain the 3 activations to get a 3 year sub on 1 PC .... unfortunately!

Good point. I knew that but it's good to point it out here.
