How do I report false positive?

Hi,

 

I am a software developer. I have just released a new product (I believe it is threat-free).

- When I scan it with Norton Antivirus, everything is OK.

- When I download it using Firefox, everything is OK.

- But when I download it using Internet Explorer, then Norton Antivirus immediately deletes it, sying it is unsafe (WS.Reputation.1 or something similar).

 

How do I report the false positive?

 

And IMO this is wrong policy to untrust new files by default.
