How do I reset my password for this site?

I use Norton Password Manager and apparently use the same password for password manager and this site. PW manager is giving me grief for the same PW used elsewhere. How / where can I change my password for Norton Community?

How / where can I change my password for Norton Community?

Norton Community password = Norton account password
Norton account password is the same as your Norton Community password because Norton uses a Single Sign-On (SSO) system.

To change your Norton account password, you can either update it from within your account settings if you are already signed in or use the “Forgot Password” tool if you are locked out.

If You Can Sign In

1. Navigate to the Norton Sign In page and log into your account.
2. Hover over My Account (or your profile icon) in the top-right corner and select Account Settings.
3. Locate the password section and click the Edit icon next to it.
4. Enter your current password, then provide and confirm your new password.
5. Click Update or Save.

When you log in to the Norton Community, the system redirects you to the standard Norton Login page, where you enter the credentials associated with your main Norton account.

• Resetting: If you change your password on the official Norton Reset Password page, it will update for all services linked to your SSO account.
• Third-Party Login: You can also link your Norton account to third-party services like Google, Apple, or Microsoft to use those credentials for SSO instead.

A Note on Norton Password Manager (Vault)
If you are trying to change your Vault Password (which is separate from your account password), Norton only allows you to reset it via the mobile app (iOS or Android) if you have already set up biometric authentication. You cannot reset a forgotten Vault Password from a desktop browser because it is encrypted and not stored by Norton.
