I installed Norton Online Backup 2 today. Chrome was my default browser. The install went fine and my computer was added to the online backup list of computers. I uninstalled Chrome and then things started to go wrong. When clicking on the Online Backup icon on my desktop nothing would happen. The same with the right click menu of the icon in my notification area in Windows. I tried everything from re-installing to removing the computer from Online Backup. I am now at a stage where the right click menu doesn't work and it is impossible for me to add the computer to Online Backup. How do I reset Online Backup on my computer so that I can get the install process to re-add the computer? I was thinking of buying the program but after the "fun" I have had on my first day of the 30 day trial I am seriously thinking of giving this one a miss! :(
I am using Windows XP SP3 32 bit with Norton Internet Security 2010 and Prevx 3.0.5.40. Thanks.

In case this helps I uninstalled Chrome and while it was uninstalling the Chrome installer asked me which browser I would like to make the default. I chose Firefox.
