How do I schedule Live Update

I'm running Norton A/V 2010 and just notice that it's running Live Update every few minutes.  That seems excessive, but I can't find any place to set the schedule.

I didn't want to turn it off, I just wanted to reduce it's frequency.  I'll accept your explanation and not worry about it.

As of now there is no option provided to reduce the frequency of these updates. Anyways happy that my post helped you.
