i have unenstalled norton from my phone and computer. i have a hacker on my phone and computer. he uses my emails and he replaced my laptop with his computer and my phone with his. so i am not covered and i paid for it. when i called norton it was always sending me to another person, and then they would transfer me to another, and another and so on. i never got my problem solved. so i want to stop it right now so he cant use it for the rest of the time left on subscription.
i am thinking through the wi-fi. i really dont know he has been on my computer for about 4 years now.

Do you know how someone else gained access to your Norton Account?
Have you changed your Norton Account Password to a very strong/complex password?
You can try contacting support again and specifically ask the agent to cancel the product key associated with your account. That would stop the hacker from using your Norton subscription. But you also would have no protection.
Sounds like you have more important things to worry about than your Norton Account. Have you contacted your local police about this hacking?
