1: Log in to your account at my_norton_com.
2: In a separate browser tab (this will log you in automatically), open [norton setup www_norton_com/setup and enter your new product key.
3: Once you’ve entered the new key, copy it to your clipboard.
4: On my_norton_com, in the “Device Management” section, select the machine you want to update. Click the Enter a different key button and paste the key you copied. (You might need to refresh the page a few times for it to update.)
5: Repeat this process for all your devices.
6: Under "My Account / My Subscriptions, in the Active License section, check the Manage Licenses row to ensure all your devices are listed.
7: Under My Account / My Subscriptions, in the Expiring License section, click on the Manage Licenses row and remove the devices associated with the expiring license.
We were able to do it this way last year. But now, the ‘Enter another license key’ option is missing under the devices.

- In your browser, go to: My Norton - Login | Manage, Download or Setup an Account.
- Tap Enter a Product Key.
- Type your account email address and password, and then click Sign In. If you do not have a Norton account, click Create an account. Type your details and then click Create Account.
- Tap Enter a new product key.
- Type your 25-character product key that you received with your purchase, and then tap the verify icon

- If you see any prompts, then follow the on-screen instructions or else skip to step 7.
- On your mobile device, launch the Norton 360 app.
- Depending on your device, do one of the following:
- If you have an iOS device: Tap Redeem a subscription and tap Sign in with Norton account. Ensure that you enter the same account credentials as provided in step 3.
- If you have an Android device: Tap Sign in. Ensure that you enter the same account credentials as provided in step 3.
