How do I turn off automatic renewal

Users may cancel automatic renewal…at any time.
Norton Community urges users that do not want automatic renewal to cancel their subscription and also remove their payment profile.
Note: ~30+ days from term expiry - users report not able to change subscription status.

Stop your subscription from automatically renewing

1. Sign in to your Norton account.

2. On the My Account page, in the My Subscriptions tab, located below the subscription for which you want to cancel the renewal and the renewal charges, click Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal.
   

3. In the Manage your plan window, next to Plan Renewal, click Unsubscribe.

4. In the Manage Renewal page, select a reason according to your scenario and click Next.

5. You are provided various options and offers to continue with your subscription.
   If you still want to go ahead and cancel, click No thanks, cancel my subscription, and then click Next.

6. The confirmation message is displayed. Please allow up to 24 hours for this change to appear in your account

Here are a few things you should know if you stop your subscription from automatically renewing:

• Your subscription will continue through the end of your already paid subscription term, after which it will end and not automatically renew.
• It typically takes a few hours from your request for the change to take effect.
• Any benefits associated with automatically renewing subscriptions may end when you stop your subscription from automatically renewing.
