At the top of Norton Internet Security, it shows that you are logged in as a userid (email address). I have had to change my email address as the domain I was on has closed. I have changed my details on my account on the Symantec web site. How do I now change the email address at the top of the Norton Internet Security front page to match my new email address?

You need to log out of your Identity Safe. Then start to log in again and you will see half way down the login window that you are logged iin as..... Click on Log Out. Then log in with your new email address.
Thanks for this. I did get a direct phone call from a Norton employee about another issue I was having with Norton Ghost. For this problem, they told me that I had to uninstall and re-install. The above is a much better and quicker solution.

Reinstalls are often necessary and an easy way to fix something, but I like to leave that as a last resort.
