How do you get a refund if you can't contact Norton!

I recently purchased a product, but it was a mistake and want to cancel it. It's not showing up in the history order and I have made multiple attempts to get a call back over the last 5 days, without success. Is there any other way to contact them? I can't believe how difficult it is to get a refund. Thanks.

 Try contacting Norton Support via chat.    www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

We either could not find an order with the information provided....

And the order isn't listed in my history, to be able to cancel that way. Does anyone from Norton monitor this forum?
