The support bot just kicked me out. how do you get to talk to a treal person ?

Chat Support is working okay, for me, at this time.

3 times I was returned to the initial call take.  After 1:30 hrs I gave up . Will look at getting McAfee instead

Don't bother with trying this ! An hour later and I got back to the start and still waiting. Even more annoying is they keep telling ypou to use the website. If that worked I wouldn't be sat listening to this rubbish on the phone
