How do you process a refund on annual subscription ,

how the hell do you speak with anyone about processing a refund on annual subscription. totally fed up with nortons robot text sends me to a page to chat that dont exist , just goes to contact support but cant chat nothing
so fustrating after years of using nortons they are making it impossible to get cancel and get money back. every year i buy an annual subscription via a card always click off auto renewal which extortionally priced, but having just recovered from illness i find money gone from bank when 100% certain cancel automatic subscription was click

any body out there have any cles , help, info anything before i throw pc through window
