How does one create logins for people on my account so they can see their notifications if it’s tied to my email?

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: I have two people on my account added. One is under my email address because she doesn’t have email. When I click a notification for her, it asks me to sign in. There is no where to create a login for her. Under my account, I can’t see the notifications for her. How does she create a login for herself so she can see these?

Hi @cveerhusen ,

You can invite a family member or a friend to help you with Norton Family supervision. Please check this help link for the same. On accepting your invite, your family member or the friend can change house rules, view child’s activities, and perform other tasks that you can do in your account.

You can also add additional email addresses to your account. You can add up to five email addresses to which you want to receive notifications. Please follow this help link for the same.

Thanks,
Norton Family team

I think you misunderstand me. I don’t want to add email addresses for notifications- I already did that! I don’t want to add people to help take over the account. What I need is for those people on my account to be able to see their notifications- there is no login for them or option to create one and when I use my login, I can only see mine and the minor on my account notifications. How does the other adults on my account create an account so they can view notifications? They get an email but they can’t click into to see more info like I can.

Hi @cveerhusen,

When you invite a family member or friend, they can login with their account to view the minor notifications.

You would still be able to use your account to login and view the notifications.

Currently Norton Family doesn’t support any other logins.

Thanks,
Norton Family team

These are adults on my account. I don’t need them to see the minor notifications. I was curious why they can’t see their notifications or why I can’t see them and how to do that.

I have LifeLock™ Ultimate Plus for Family. My wife is on the account and she received a notification. How does she log in to see it? There is no “Add Parent” option under My Account.

Hello @Thomas_Parran
Your wife is enrolled member?
Do you see Add Member or Enroll Member next to the family member whom you wish to add.

Please note that each adult family member must activate credit services with their own email address.

My understanding is that with Norton by LifeLock Family plan when you set up the account. You’re asked for individual member details…including their respective email address… then each enrolled member will receive a Welcome letter…explaining they’ll setup their own Norton account.

Maybe, the primary member forgot to enter added member email address then added member will not get the Welcome letter to their respective email address.

Note: the primary member may contact LifeLock support and support will authenticate the primary member with SS# and will then share Welcome letter to secondary member.

Hello @Thomas_Parran
Please post progress

With the long delays for support, I have given up for now.

Hello @Thomas_Parran

Yeah…I waited longer than my usual…yesterday and day before…for Chat.

Credit Reporting Agencies are also busy.
Must be due to recent breaches.
Took me a frustrating long time to get past their Bot.
