Hard to believe that in this day and age Norton 360 is not fully DPI Aware and doesn’t recognize that people may plug and unplug different monitors in without rebooting. The build 24.11.9615 will either not show a window after undocking or will give a window that is completely unusable unusable because it doesn’t properly size it for the display on the laptop once undocked.
Especially if you go to the Windows Start Menu or to the Notifications Bar to “Open My Norton” it should be rechecking display settings and adjusting accordingly to make sure it’s properly displayed and on a visible monitor.
@rmcmanamy Are you extending or mirroring the second display? Extend is preferred, IF, you do not need both monitors visible.

My desktop setup is the laptop with 2 other monitors with display extended. But it shouldn’t matter if extended or mirrored a change in the displays should force a program to update to correct for it. I use a ton of programs even things created back in the 90’s and Norton Secure VPN works correctly but not Norton 360. Here’s a screenshot of Notepad, Adobe Acrobat, Norton Secure VPN, and Norton 360 and it’s only 360 that doesn’t correct itself.
@Gayathri_R Please escalate to the Norton development team.

Same issue when using RDP on remote systems. Whatever UI they wrote or were tricked into buying is a joke.
Resolutions of 2525x1685 and 3747x2241 aren’t resolutions Norton would trigger nor does Norton support them. As I posted earlier, your issue lies with the resolution settings on your devices. What is your OS, its build and version?

I posted this problem in a different thread a while back. My solution was to change all the Windows font to the default 100%. Because I have old eyes, I had a custom setting in Windows Ease of Access to display fonts slightly larger than 100%. Not much but that alone caused Norton’s notification windows to blow up like the Goodyear blimp. Not only was the size of the notification windows a problem but they couldn’t be closed. I had to use Windows task manager’s end task to do that.
Other settings (whether in Windows or graphics card or Intel display) may be triggering this problem but, bottom line, this should NOT be happening. Just more proof that Norton shoved v24 out the door without ground truthing adequately.
@Puzzler - I posted a workaround for the notification windows in another thread. With no way to respond it would seem that killing via task manager was the only solution. But you can hit the Tab key and eventually the “buttons” you’re looking to respond with will come into view.
I run at 150% scale with text sized at 120%. On my primary machine, no issues so far. It’s just when switching to other machines with RDP where it’s happening for me. Popups would be already displayed when I happen to switch to a machine and I’d have to use the Tab key to respond to it. Weird part was if another popup appeared while I was still on that machine, it was whack too.
However…today I just updated my primary machine to 24H2. I read about improvements to RDP in this release and it does seem to work better. Especially when it comes to remembering the size of the screen for the RDP session. Hopefully that will help Norton behave better.
@IrwinMFletch Thanks for the Tab key solution. Good to know. So far the notifications have been normal after reverting to Windows default text/font size. Although I have to say that the new normal of the notification popups in v24 is unnecessarily big. And why place them in the middle of the screen? Next they’ll put flashing lights on these popups.
