I am having issues with the cloud backup. I called and dealt with support last weekend and they did all kinds of troubleshooting. nothing worked. I was supposed to get a call back monday night at 7p and no call. Then again tonight at 630p and no call again. How long do the Level 3 issues usually take to resolve on average? I am noticing 2 files that didnt get backed up..they have blue tags. These are files that i havent touched since june 2024. i have run the backup. not sure why they have blue tags on them. All others have green checks.
