Issue abstract: adding additional users (family) to norton 360 subscription

Detailed description:
I have a Norton 360 Premium plan for 10 devices. Now I want to add my wife and 2 daughters to the plan so that they can also use the personal password manager. I have not found any instructions on how to add members to my subscription. Thanks for the tips on how to do this. Or does everyone need their own account with their own subscription?

Everyone will need their own Norton account which is free to setup but do not need any additional subscriptions. Password manager is free to anyone with a Norton account.
