Hi Everyone, so the long story.
Updated a number of drivers using Gigabyte Control Centre, I did not not notice before clicking update that it also wanted to install Norton 360 for Gamers so I ended up with Norton 360 and 360 for Gamers. Number of licenses changed to 4/3 and even though both showed me logged in and my sub active however both had red X's
Uninstalled 360 for Gamers, removed the new addition to my licenses back to 3/3.
At this stage everything was working fine.
Logged into my account/my devices to check all was good and it showed my game PC with an issue so clicked the resolve button and endless twirl, got irritated and just removed the device and now can't find an option to re-add that same device.
Can anyone tell me how to re-add my game pc back into the device list please? Or do I need to uninstall and reinstall??
Side note: my account shows 2 of 3 devices, potato pc shows 2/3 devices, game pc shows 3/3 devices used
Short story, I'm a dip stick for not checking what Gigabyte Control Centre wanted to install :-)
...are you concerned about My Devices page not reporting second PC or Manage Licenses page not reporting second PC?

Norton is installed on three devices.
Manage Licenses reports two devices?
Mange Licenses reports three devices?
Does LiveUpdate & Quick Scan run on PC not reported with Manage Licenses?
Did you use vertical scroll bar to see three devices with Manage Licenses?

- Please run Subscription Status to sync second PC with Norton servers.
- Please Enter Product Key on PC not reported with Manage Licenses.

Thank you BJM, all of your help is greatly appreciated!
Remote management is turned on.
When I log into my account and check my devices it only says 2 of 3 licenses are in use, my laptop and 1 pc but it does not show my second pc despite Remote management being turned on.
The links you posted about transferring protection or extending protection both point to installing Norton on the new machine but since Norton is already installed that doesn't work.
Since uninstall/reinstall does not work I will need to do that manually. Would that work?

Are you referring to your Norton account > My Devices page?
Norton account https://my.norton.com/extspa/dashboard > My Devices
page https://my.norton.com/extspa/devices/ is notorious for being incorrect.
The first thing to check is to open Norton 360 Classic interface on your devices by clicking on the Norton icon in the system tray and clicking on Open Norton 360.
Then click on Settings > Administrative Settings and be sure Remote Management is turned on.
That will allow the device to be listed in your account. It may take a little time as it is not instantaneous.
To get an accurate list of devices, log into your Norton account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on My Subscriptions.
Then find your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses to see the list of devices activated on that subscription. (credit peterweb)
