How to add my secondary members credit and financial information to my Family Plan Ultimate Plus package?

I signed up for the Ultimate Plus Pkg yesterday & I am the primary member.  I already added my own personal information, financial, banking, etc for Lifelock Identity protection.  I also added my husband's name, soc. sec# & e-mail address as my secondary member.  There is absolutely no tab or link we can find at all to add my husband's own info to protect him too.  So I created an acct for him using his e-mail & a chosen password.  He can log into Norton but it says he does not have an active subscription.  I've been on hold on the phone for TWO DAYS and no one comes to the phone even after up to an hour.  Does anyone know HOW I can activate my husband's account UNDER MY SUBSCRIPTION since I'm the primary member?  HELP!!!
