I've been trying to cancel the automatic renewal on my.norton, but I don't seem to have the option to do so, there's literally no link or button to cancel it on the page. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Need a solution soon.
If you do not want to auto renew, and you have not yet been charged, you can go into your Norton Account and remove your stored Payment Information. That should cancel your auto renewal at the same time.
If you have already been charged, you would have to contact Norton Support to request a refund, or maybe a price match with a reputable retailer, if you want to continue with Norton.
Peterweb, if the link is not there 30 to 60 days before renewal, does that mean you cannot cancel the subscription in that time frame? That is within the time frame that I would get the renewal email, which would then prompt me to consider wherher I want to renew or not. But then if I am not given the opportunity to cancel, I am forced to go through the process of renewing and then requesting a refund. That seems a very unfair practice.
Log into your Norton account and click on the user icon at the top right, then click on Manage My Subscriptions. Find your current subscription and look at the right side of that to find the link for controlling Automatic Renewal. Click that to turn the feature on or off.
The only time you might not see this link is if you are with 30-60 days of your subscription expiry.
