How to completely remove Norton 360 components from my PC?

Issue abstract: Norton Safe Web extension still installed after Norton Software Removal

Detailed description:
When my subscription expired in February of this year, I decided to forgo the renewal. V24 made changes I was not happy with, and I decided I would move on from using Norton/Symantec products after several decades.

I ran the Norton Removal tool to remove Norton 360 from my system. I thought it was gone. But earlier tonight I received a popup asking me to provide feedback on the Norton Safe Web extension in Edge. WTF! How do I completely remove all remnants of Norton 360 from my system?

@Darrell_Wunder Removing the Safe Web extension from Edge if its installed. The removal tool will leave remnants of Norton / Symantec / Avast on drive C:\ . Find those and delete them then restart the system. That will clear what remains of Norton.
