How to deactivate Intel Anti-Theft in notebook HP Pavilion dv7-7015ca

Hi,

I have a Notebook HP Pavilion dv7-7015ca, that is locked from Intel AT.

Then I need to deactivate it to access my system Windows and files.

Attached print screen about that problem. 

Anybody help me please
