I have HAO123.com on my computer as a homepage. It is chinese lanquage, and I have not ask for this. I tried several things to delete this homepage. It doesn't work. I have windows 8.1 and internet explorer. I have Norton Internet security, why doesn't Norton delete this homepage. HELP HELP HELP
