How to disable and then enable Norton 360

The banking app for Krungthai bank will not open with Norton 360 operating on my phone. It will open if I uninstall the Norton app. How do I temporarily disable the security feature in the Norton app so I can access my bank details and then enable it again once finished with the banking app?

My first question would be are you using the VPN while you try to access your bank? If so, the bank's website, which you are connecting to from the bank's app, is blocking access from known VPN IP addresses. Many web sites do not allow access from known VPN IP addresses. They do this for copyright, legal, security, and political reasons. There is nothing a VPN provider can or should do to circumvent these legal protections. See this How to Geeks article.   https://www.howtogeek.com/403771/why-do-some-websites-block-vpns/

If this is your situation, you just need to turn off the VPN while using that app. No need to uninstall the app.

If you are using an Android device, you can add the bank's app to the 360 VPN's Split Tunnel feature. That will allow the app to bypass the VPN. From the main 360 interface, tap on Privacy > VPN then tap on the gear icon at the top right. Tap on Split Tunneling then turn the feature on and select the app(s) you wish to exclude from the VPN.

iOS does not have the split tunnel feature.
