I'm trying to download files to my new computer from a cloud backup set from my old desktop. Initially I could download several files at a time. Unfortunately, a pop up appeared asking if I wanted to block multiple downloads and I mistakenly clicked on block. Ever since I have only been able to download one file at a time and have to log off my computer and sign back in before I can do another one. How do I enable multiple downloads?

A quicker way to access and be able to download multiple files at once is to use Windows Explorer.
You need to be signed into Windows with an admin account, then open Windows Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane. You will see the Norton Backup Drive in the right pane. Double click on that to show the backup sets you have created. Double click on the one you wish to view and wait as the file structure is downloaded from the cloud storage. Then you can navigate through the folders and files in your backup to download the folders or files you want.
