How to enable SecureVPN with Nortonlifelock

Hi I recently subscribed to the Norton360 Deluxe plan and I have downloaded NortonLifelock on Windows 10. But I cant seem to enable the SecureVPN feature. Is it not included or I am missing something?

I keep getting "connection not secure" and VPN will not open.

Thanks I realize my NortonLifeLock didn't have any of these options earlier. After uninstalling and reinstalling, I finally see these options. Thanks for the help!
