Hi,
I installed NAV 2011 on my mother in law's computer running Windows7 last weekend. She called today to tell me that Norton is periodically telling her that audiodg.exe is using 96% of her CPU. After reading around it seems like audiodg.exe is a normal component of Windows7, and that it may (for a millisecond) use 96% of the CPU and trigger this warning. Is there a way to instruct NAV 2011 to ignore this file? If not, what's the best way to communicate this error to the NAV2011 team to ensure that this is addressed in a future update?
Thanks in advance
P.S. I updated NAV to the most current version, and ensured that all of the Windows7 patches were up to date.
