So what is the correct process to report a bug ? Many Support website have a specific link to do so, but if Norton wants to do it through the Community that is fine, but you should have a link someplace on the top-level Community page that explains the correct process.
Hello Alice. There isn't any "official" link here on the forums for reporting a bug. An older thread does give some options for you. Although you will get more detailed response posting here when Admins and moderators frequently monitor things. If you have a bug report log please post is here by clicking the "Add a new file" link below the response box. Make sure there isn't any personally identifiable info in the log.
