How to find "False Positive" submission status using tracking number

Hi Team,

I have developed a .NET application and used the Advanced Installer packaging tool to generate an EXE file. The application has been tested successfully on various Windows machines in my local lab. However, when I sent the EXE package to a client, Norton software quarantined it. Since my software is clean and contains no malware, I believe this is a false positive.

I submitted a false positive request using the following “symsubmit.symanteccom” The tracking number for my submission is: 378138.

It has been more than two days, and I would like to know how to check the status of my request using the tracking number. Could you please assist in confirming whether my request has been considered and how soon I can expect a response? Additionally, do I need to update the local Symantec version before making another attempt?
