I am totally missing something. I subscribe to Norton 360 Premium which is supposed to include VPN. On my Windows 10 PC, I go to My Account, click on the download link under Secure VPN, and launch the N360Downloader.exe. All that does is download 5 files: 2017Plugin.dll, DSP-N360-ESD-22.21.3.48-EN.exe, N360Downloader.exe, Plugin64.dll, symcdefs.exe. Then it gives me an OK button when it finishes these downloads. It does nothing else. How do I get the VPN up and running?
You are welcome.
Good news. Glad you figured it out. Thanks for posting back.
Thanks for the reply. I had the older UI, the one with More Norton. Following your link gave me more than one option for upgrading. I found it was just simpler to go into to Control Panel and uninstall the software from my PC, then just download and reinstall it from my Norton account. This installed the newer version, which gives me the newer interface you posted.
Thanks for your help.
If you have the newer Norton 360 product installed, you should see a My Norton pillar at the right side of the interface. Clicking on that should bring up the new My Norton interface that has the VPN function there.
If you do not see My Norton but you see More Norton, you are using the older Norton 360 Premium product and need to upgrade to the newer product for no extra charge. See here. https://renew.norton.com/sclp/nox-static-ss2up/?inid=nortoncom_hero_crm_ss2up/
