How to know that my laptop is safe for viruses? (Virus status: Partially Resolved)

Hi everyone, I really nervous about this.
My laptop is using Norton Security, and yesterday when I scanned the USB driver that I just plugged in. I was informed that Norton Security had resolved 2 viruses (W32.SillyDC and Spyware.Keylogger) as the picture that I have attached below.
W32.SillyDC status is: Fully Resolved
But Spyware.Keylogger status is: Partially Resolved, so Im very nervous whether it has been resolved or not. And will it harm my laptop anymore?
I really need you guys to help me answer this.
