I would appreciate any help! I have Windows XP, Norton IS newest version. I can't run a full system scan (the scan takes a few minutes and only scans 6000 or so files). THe scan is coming up with a Tojan.FLush.M that needs to be manually removed. I have followed the directions but have a problem: it says to "find and stop service" by going to start-run-services.msc then locate service that was detected. When I follow those directions, there is no Trojan Flush or Flush thing listed. What should I be looking for?
I read through the forums earlier and did download and run Superantispyware and PC pitstop. Both found several spyware and adwares and deleted them, but when I just ran NIS again the same Trojan FLush thing came up and the full system scan won't work. Any suggestions? I'm not very good with computers.
Thanks!
