Hi, every once a while I discovered that Norton Family was turned off on my kid's pad. She's too young to do this on purpose. However it's still annoying because I had to find it out in a few days, or get notified by Norton email: "No actions in a week". Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

We observed that you are using a older version of the mobile app in the device which was used to update settings. Could you download latest version of the app from playstore to benefit from latest features.
