Norton Internet Security 2010: I’ve accumulated a long list of accounts in my Cards & Logins. I can’t find an instruction on how to print out a list of web addresses, id’s & passwords for the accounts on it. All I found on this forum was how to download infovault contents or a copy COExport.exe. Is that the same thing? I can’t just get a list to print of the info. Turns out, I didn’t keep any kind of backup log for the data I put on there. Whoopsie. My humble thanks for any help.
Hi Suds,
I think this thread will help you (Thalir's answer):
Please tell us if it works :-)
Hi Suds,
COExport.exe will only work if your product subscription is expired. I am not aware of any method to print out the information stored in Identity Safe.
It looks like you'll have to use the screenshot-and-print-out method if your product has not expired.

The only possible way to have your identity safe data into a printable format is to use CoExport tool. The readable .CSV file can be viewed using notepad. For better formating you can use MS Excel.
This restriction to use CoExport tool only after product expiry has been removed in the latest NIS 2011 which is now in beta version.
One possible option as of now (Till NIS 2011 is officially released and available for free upgrade to current NIS users) is,
1. You can download and install the beta version, from http://www.symantec.com/norton/beta/ in another machine where you do not have Norton installed.
2. Take a .NPM file backup of your Identity Safe profile
3. Create a new Identity Safe profile in the beta version
4. Restore your .NPM file
5. Now run CoExport tool and get the .CSV file
If this looks round about way, kindly wait till NIS 2011 release and upgrade to the latest NIS. From then on you will be able to use CoExport tool anytime.
Thank you all for your help. I decided just to pull up the info in my manage logins and type up a list and tuck it away. My norton isn't expired so couldn't do ti coexport application. I could make a back up of the infofault, but that was about it.
In any event, great to know there's help around. Thanks for your time in answering my questions.
