How to proceed to remove malware

Hello, This is the fist time I installed Norton 360 Multi-Device in my PC. Please, in which forum I can post a problem that I'm facing in my PC. I've installed it thinking that this could remove all threads from my PC, and it didn't. So, I've installed the Norton Power Eraser and submitted. Both softwares detected virus and threads and removed them but there is another problem happening. The malware opens pop up when I  log into linkedin. Also pop ups appear at the bottom of my screen in IE .

when I do a right click on the pop up this link is displayed:

Some other details about my PC: the OS is Windows 7. I have installed Norton 360 from a CD I bought today.
