Could anyone please tell me how I can get another download for my Norton Anti-Spam 2005.  I believe the one I have is corrupted and freezes up on me and I have to re-boot to place a spam item in my blocked list.  Doesn't happen every time, but fairly often and that's a lot of trouble.  I would appreciate any help and wish we could email Norton for help, but I've been unable to do that and can't afford to call to ask a question.

Thank you,

Jnana

Now my dumb question!  What is O.S. and S.P?  I have XP professional windows and Internet Explorer 7.

I saw on the Norton site where other people can re-download, but not for the 2005 Anti-Spam and surely they can send another one to replace the older one that's not working correctly.  I just renewed mine and should be able to write to them.  Not happy with that.  :-(

Thanks so much

Thank you for all this information and you have been so helpful.  I do also have the SP 3.

So appreciated.

You might need to Upgrade via the symantec Online Store to Norton 2009 if that does not work.

If you do not have the Disc of Norton 2005, then I would advise using the N.R.T., so you can re-download.

You are still able to download a new copy: Norton AntiSpam 2005 Trialware

Use Norton Removal Tool and reistall. Use your product key if needed.
