We are currently developing a browser plugin to enhance the Javascript funtionality. To mitigate total browser failure, we used out-of-process model in the plugin. However, it involves some operations such as create a new file in temp dir and execute it, for which, Norton misclassified as high threat object. What should I do to whitelist our program in Norton or is there any formal procedure to report this issue to Norton?
