Someone launched a corporation using my name as CEO and my home address. They then filed a change of address. They have also attempted to get a business credit card in my name! How do I notify Norton LifeLock?

Also request to speak with your local Post Master to correct your record and see if they can disclose where the mail was to be forwarded to for Law Enforcement Report.
Per the US Postal Code, Anyone submitting false or inaccurate information on a change of address form is subject to punishment by fine or imprisonment or both under Sections 2, 1001, 1702, and 1708 of Title 18, United States Code.
