How to Reset Password for Administrative Settings Windows10

I have tried everything to access my password to get to change my Administrative Settings, but nothing works.

What are the steps to Reset my password? Running on Windows10 platform.

Important pointers:

  • You need to log in to your computer with an Administrator user account to change the product settings.
  • For Standard user accounts, some of the settings may appear disabled (grayed out).
  • If you are an administrator, keep in mind that the changes that you make apply to all users who use the computer.

I've tried 2 that I have written down, neither work. 

  1. You have a Norton account password.
  2. You may have a Norton Password Manager password.

Norton Settings > password...may be a different password.  
If you do not know your Norton Settings > password...then > You must reinstall your Norton...

I've tried 2 that I have written down, neither work. So, no - I don't know my current Admin password. I am inside of Norton

"SETTINGS", then selecting "Administrative Settings". I want to Manage Product Behavior.

You're in Windows Administrator account?
You've run W10 machine Restart - not Shut down?
