I cannot find my subscription renewal costs ANYWHERE on My Account in Norton web site.
This is ridiculous. I pay for all these subscriptions and I can't go onto the my site and see how much my renewal costs will be for each subscription. It's totally unacceptable. How do i figure out these prices other than looking at last year's costs or waiting for a renewal notice.
I have multiple subscriptions, including Norton Premium, AntiTrack, etc., but can't find my subscription renewal cost for an of them ANYWHERE!
On the "My Subscriptions" tab, it lists them all. There is an "About Subscription" drop-down - doesn't show how much it is. On each subscription, there is a "Manage Subscription" button - it only lets you cancel, no price info.
"Billing Information" tab - only lets you see/change how you pay. Of COURSE that is very visible and available.
"Order History" tab - only shows subscriptions with a cancelled status! Some of those have a receipt in PDF format, but what good does that do me to see how much a product I had two years ago cost me?
It's absolutely ridiculous.
Now, that being said, I'm hoping someone will respond and say, "You dope, you'll easily find that info <here>". I won't be embarrassed at all if that happens!
