I prefer the 24 hour time format (23:24), my windows setting has that option set however the safe search window has a time widget displayed and in use the 12 hour (11:24 pm) format. How can I change it to 24 Hour format (23:24)?
Norton article states there is indeed a time widget in Norton Home Page settings.

Yes it states there is a widget and yes there is a widget and I can turn the display on and off but I can not change the time format.
Norman. Check the system time settings in your Windows taskbar and Windows settings. I would think your extensions will take the system flags to display time within your browser. I do know that is the case using Edge and Opera GX.

I changed Windows Taskbar time 12 - 24 hour format
Norton Home Page time did not change
Maybe, I need to change Lock Screen time 12 - 24 hour format?
Maybe, I need to reinstall Norton Home Page?
Give changing the lock screen time to 24 hour format. Curious as to how and extension isn’t dependent on the OS flags for system time.

Lock Screen and Taskbar at 24 hour format.
Norton Home Page (reinstall) remains 12 hour format.
as always, your mileage may vary
Indeed. It looks like Norton doesn’t allow changing the format to 24 hours within any settings in Windows or Edge itself. The extension is not available for Opera GX therefore I cannot test on that browser.

Just because there is a time widget for the Norton Home Page, does not mean that you can make any changes to it. It my just allow you to display the time somewhere on the Norton Home Page tab.
