Issue abstract:Unable to unblock app (Teamviewer)

Detailed description:App is unable to accept incoming LAN connection but ok receiving internet connection. I’ve previously had the app restricted under Norton firewall and despite recently setting it to allow and successfully connecting through internet, I’ve recently needed to enable its local LAN connection through IP as well. I’ve enabled the app’s LAN connections. I’ve further removed entries of the app in the Program Control list in hopes it clears some previous restriction, but because I’m connecting remotely onto the app now, I would rather not go through any additional reset steps for Norton Security, such as restart the PC and allow Norton to ask me for the app’s permission. Since I won’t be in front of that computer at the time it asks and will be locked out until I’m present.

The reason i believe Norton is the culprit is because if I disable Norton Security for a short time, I’m able to remote in using LAN. When I re-enable it, it blocks incoming LAN connections.

Note that I can make outgoing LAN connections to other computers from this computer, though those other computers don’t have Norton installed.

What I want to do is determine what feature, traffic rule or app rule is actually blocking incoming LAN connections so i can clear this and enable the incoming LAN connection.

Norton does not appear to keep a log of the blocked connections and what Norton feature blocked them that I can see related to this connection failure, but maybe I’m not looking in the right place. The history log does not show blocked connections during attempts.
