I have two PCs that I purchased Internet Security on. The more recent purchase covers up to 3 PCs. My older PC's single PC use IS subscription expired over a year ago (haven't used that PC is a while). My question is how can I transfer one of my remaining subscriptions from the newer subscription to this PC with the expired subscription? I tried completely removing it using the Norton removal tool but it still uses the older subscription product key since I believe that this PC was registered with Norton with that older key.
Do I just need to call them and explain the situation?
