How to transfer subscription to another computer?

I have NIS 2011 for 3 PC, all installed.  The hard drive went out on one of the PCs  and I am buying a replacement.  There is no way to boot the old PC to uninstall NIS.   Is there any way to transfer my existing subscription on the old PC to the new one?  On my account page, it indicates there are no installs remaining.
