How to turn Norton Security on, then off, with toggle switch

How can I temporarily turn OFF Norton Security to download & install new Second Life software, then turn Norton Security back ON again?  I used to see your Classic screen to use an On/Off switch but I dont see that screen anymore.  I need the On/Off Switch!!!
