How to turn off (nuisance) notifications?

Every so often, Norton gives me a pop-up in my browser telling me that a connection to a potentially malicious website was blocked. See the screen shot for an example.

That action is fine. What’s annoying is that usually it happens many times in rapid succession, getting in the way. How do I turn off these once and for all?

I’m sorry, but I don’t understand what you’re telling me. I know nothing about so-called exclusions. I have no idea what cambaddies is, unless it came up in an advertisement, so I wasn’t on that site.

I assume that exclusions will somehow turn off notifications for this site in particular, but I wanted to know how I could turn off notifications like this across the board (rather than deal with exclusions on a case by case basis).

Turning off Safe Web ›
