How to turn on Identity in norton 360 ios

I saw on the app store photos that norton 360 ios has an identity thing. But I have norton 360 ios and I dont have it like it is only security and privacy

So to confirm, you restarted your device before installing 360?

What version of 360 iOS is installed on your device?  I have 2.76.0.20231206.4

I reinstalled norton 360 on my phone and it still didn’t work…I restarted it too and it didn’t work

I am in Canada and I still see the Identity section on the main interface. I just did a fresh install of 360 on my iPhone SE 2022 and the Identity section is still there.

Have you tried a reinstall of your Norton 360? Be sure you restart the phone between uninstall and reinstall.

Alright, so I use iphone xr, ios 17.2.1 and I am in Canada. Please help with this situation

What device and iOS version are you using?

Have you been using 360 iOS for some time, or is this a first install.

First thing to try would be uninstalling 360, restart your device, and reinstall to see if that fixes things.

What geographic area are you in? It is possible that some areas do not get certain features.
