I installed the free upgrade to Norton Internt Security 2009. After installing, 1 of the 2 user accounts on my home pc were unable to access some internet sites due the errors relating to HTTP port (80), HTTPS port (443) and FTP port (21).
Norton then discovered a Dialer Genric virus on the pc which is has now reolved ( i think ). Since then tho, the user account that was having some issues can no longer access a lot of sites except the odd secure site here and there. My account on the pc is owrkign fine and so it my internet access.
Could some please inform me how to reolve the interent access on the account that seems to be experiancing the problems? Could this be an issue with my Norton Product?
