Whenever I click on a support tab or help tab it opens in a new window and I get the HTTP status 400 - bad request. Any ideas? Thanks
@Mrs_B_A_Naylor Is your browser Chrome and are you using a VPN? If using Chrome try using a different browser. Disable the VPN if being used and retest.
